As I suspected the rear quaters was built up with body filler, almost an inch of that shit.... But underneath it the old panels weren't too bad.... looks like something happend under the sidewindows though, the body seems like it's 2" wider than it once was supposed to be

To get the body back to the right shape I had to cut the floor out from the doors and all the way around the wheel wells too, after that I could lower the rear of the body and get the tension out of it. 

What I've been told is that the body once was used on some prostreet car with narrowed frame and  big fat wheels.

After lowering the rear of the body 3/4" it looks okay again. And  before welding it back to the floor the sidepanels are fixed with some chains to keep it in shape.
